Element Bentonville

Absolutely my favorite hotel location! I travel for work Mon-Fri to different states to support our businesses. I was told that the hotels in this area were questionable. I love my Marriott's, but this location took me away. I booked for the next two weeks and I am looking forward to it. They made omelets!! Had fresh juice, homemade Frittatas and salsa, a full yogurt bar, quality coffee, turkey sausage and more!

Can’t say enough about this hotel. Super friendly staff and the breakfast is amazing. They will personally prepare French toast, breakfast sandwiches, and omelets. The rooms are updated and nice. They also have an espresso machine.

A comfortable and welcoming experience from the moment I entered. The staff were friendly, personable, and accomodating to my requests The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having a full kitchen with utensils and dishware to use during my long stay. My room felt more like a studio apartment. Elsa, the breakfast chef, took great care in making me a hot breakfast each day of my stay. Elsa and the rest of the staff are truly exceptional employees. Book this Element location if you are in Bentonville. You will enjoy your stay.

Had an amazing stay. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. The GM Elena (General Manager) was so amazing and accommodating she truly made our stay incredible. Rooms were super clean and comfortable!!! 10/10 would recommend!!

Stayed Dec 29-Jan 1. Did not know anything about Element Hotels, but was very pleasantly surprised. Got an upgrade to a studio because very few rooms were occupied. Clean room, with a kitchenette and full-size fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans and everything needed to prepare and eat a meal in the room. Room was perfect - comfortable and quiet and dark at night. Excellent friendly and courteous staff, from the manager (who should teach hotel hospitality courses) to the woman who prepared breakfast (very much enjoyed our conversations with her...). Manager offered champagne and snacks for New Year's Eve, and bottled water for the road. Made to order breakfast items, and homemade salsa. Location - convenient to I-49, but did not hear highway traffic noise. We were in town to visit family, but all the things you want to see in Bentonville are within a few minutes' drive. Free EV charger was main reason I selected this hotel, but that is only one of the reasons I will stay whenever I am in Bentonville.

This was my second stay at this property, and once again the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming every time I saw them. The room was clean and spacious, with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. I also really liked the wood floors—they feel so much cleaner than carpet. I have to give a special mention to Elsa at breakfast—she was wonderful! Her French toast was amazing, and she made the morning experience feel more like dining in a restaurant than a typical hotel breakfast. I usually don’t enjoy complimentary hotel breakfasts, but this one truly stands out. Everything was clean, the food was great, and Elsa’s warm, engaging conversation made the start to each day extra special. The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but that’s not a reflection on the staff—they were excellent and made the stay very enjoyable overall.

You guys. This place was SO GOOD to our family. We stayed for 5 nights, and had the best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel, and I’m shocked at how little we payed for the quality. The staff was incredibly friendly to our three kids and us, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of (lent us an umbrella, offered a crib, cut up an apple for our baby so she could eat it, and more). The BREAKFAST too - they have a chef who makes custom fresh options for each guest daily, such as tostadas, French toast, pancakes, omelettes, etc depending on the day. They also offered a chobani yogurt bar with toppings daily, tea in the evenings in the lobby, and a full kitchen in our room complete with a stove, microwave, sizable fridge, coffee and hot cocoa, and pots and pans. I can’t rave about this place enough - we will surely be back! -sincerely, a very grateful family
